New Year and Playing Out For Real!

A belated Happy New Year to everyone! <3 I have maintained a state of busy-ness since we last spoke here, working on polishing the tunes I know and getting them ready to be played in public. Which is going to happen at West Kingdom Virtual Twelfth Night this Saturday the 9th!!! Telynor feels I'm ready to do this and gave me marching orders to focus on practicing "Fair Molly" and "Woe Betyde Thy Wearie Body" so I can play them at the party of the Princess of the Mists. See, I promised the Princess several months ago that she'd be among the first to hear Siobhan's harp sing again. So here we are! XD

I'm just a little nervous, but I think -- I believe I can do this. Actually kind of excited to get people's reactions to the harp being playable again and its legacy within the West Kingdom. I don't know if Siobhan wrote anything on it or if she just played it; as I spoke of before, it hadn't been played probably in many years when I acquired it and was in pretty sad shape. I may have to retell that story to those in the Zoom chat, but I don't mind. ^__^

ANYWAY. Wish me luck, and I'll report back after Twelfth Night! ^__^
